Our intake and reception line may utilize AI (such as Retell AI) to efficiently route your call and manage scheduling. Your session with your human therapist is never recorded, transcribed, or processed by AI without your explicit, separate, and granular consent.

Any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) stored within our database (Google Firebase) is subjected to robust AES-256 encryption at rest. All data in transit is secured via TLS/SSL protocols.
