1. Services Provided

Wellora Therapy provides professional telephone-based counselling and psychological services. Our services are not intended to replace emergency or crisis support. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a medical emergency, you must contact your local emergency services immediately.

2. Booking and Payments

All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through our secure online portal. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time.

3. Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, or failure to answer the phone at the scheduled time, will incur the full session fee.

4. Practitioner Availability

While we strive to accommodate your preferences, the availability of specific practitioners cannot be guaranteed. In the event of an emergency or unforeseen absence, we may offer a substitute practitioner or reschedule your session without penalty.

5. Confidentiality

All interactions between you and your practitioner are strictly confidential, subject to legal limits (such as the risk of harm to yourself or others, or under a court order).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wellora Therapy and its practitioners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
